Went to 521 for the first time today Met Bill very nice gentlemen. I’m going to go back next week and he’s going to check my Toyota 2017. I am a lady and I told him about my past experiences Other places he did a few things for me on my car. I put air in my tires and told me what was wrong with one of them why the light wouldn’t go out for the light that says your tire is low I am going to go back. he’s an excellent gentleman and I think I’m going to have a great experience with him and I’m going to probably stay with him as my mechanic again thank you Bill and will be seeing you January 28. Went to 521Automotive for second opinion on check engine light. Bill confirmed timing chain on 2021 Outlander sport needed replacement. He was responsive and reasonably priced. It's nice to find a mechanic that's honest and not recommending unnecessary repairs. Bill will work with you on the best course of action for your vehicle taking your budget into consideration. I highly recommend 521Automotive!

I’ve been to 521 Automotive twice now, and both times have been excellent experiences. The owner runs an honest shop and truly cares about his customers. He’s very professional, communicative, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, he’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable about bringing your car in.
